2 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR ALL RENTALS
You must be 21 years or older to rent the cabin. Ada Campbell, LLC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal contents of guests staying at the cabin. Guest of the cabin are responsible for for lost, stolen, or damaged contents in the cabin and the cabin itself. Rates are based on 2 guests without pets. Each additional guest (including children) is $15 per night ($50 for week long rentals). Cabins 1, 2, Dogwood & Cedar are pet friendly and the fee is $20 per night per pet. Service animals are not charged a pet fee. If a hot tub breaks down prior to your check in date or while you are here and we are unable to fix it right away you will not get a discount. The use of the hot tub is not guaranteed. Reservations require a 50% of total stay deposit fee Oak Gove Cabins and 100% Walnut Grove Cabins ( 1 night is 100% plus $20 surcharge). Damages or stolen contents of the cabin will be assessed and charged to your credit card. A cleaning fee of $25.00 for each item not completed will be charged to your credit card if cabin is not left as required (see rental policy link for cleaning regulations / cleaning requirements are also posted in the cabin). You agree not to allow more people in the cabin than the number that you have selected. The returned check/forced credit card charge is $30.00. You may cancel for a refund of the deposit 31 days prior to arrival date (minus a 10% handling fee). Cancellations made less than 31 days prior to your arrival date will result in full charge of stay billed to your credit card. Reservations for 7 or more consecutive days require at 45 day cancellation notice. 1 day stays are non-refundable. Ada campbell, LLC. reserves the right to cancel reservation if payment is not fulfilled. Ada Campbell, LLC. is not responsible for you or any of your guests actions while staying at the cabin.
