Sunday - Thursday = $90 per night 
Friday & Saturday = $120 per night
Holidays = $120 per night
Weekly rate = $600 (7 night stay)

Rates are subject to an 11% lodging tax (6% State of Illinois and 5% Jackson County)
Rates are based on a 4 adult occupancy (up to 4 children under age 18 are included in rates) additional adults allowed with approval at the rate of $10 per additonal adult per night.
Pets are allowed only with owner permission and there is a $10 per night pet fee ($50 for weekly rate).
Pets must be house broken and crated if left alone in the cabin.
Rates may fluctuate with season, and discount rates may be available for reservations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date.
All reservations must be secured by a credit card - we accept all major credit cards through our secure online reservation system or over the phone.
Reservations are secured with a $50 deposit.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 p.m.
Must be 21 years or older to rent the cabin.
Reservations are taken up to one year in advance and must be cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival date to avoid forfeiture of $50 deposit fee. If you cancel 7 days or more prior to your stay a check will be mailed to refund the deposit fee minus a $5.00 processing fee.
If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival date or fail to show for your reservation you will be charged the full amount of your stay. If I am able to fill any of your reserved days to another guest you will not be obligated to pay for the dates filled.
